Polykit, CIRCUTOR distributor and Expert in Power Studio Scada for the Russian Federation, has developed a Power Studio Scada application in two Companies dedicated to the food industry with long tradition in Russia since 1804, located in the center of  Moscow

General description

There gradually has been implemented an Energy Management System consisting of Power Studio Scada deluxe software, TCP2RS converters, Powernet, CVM-NRG and CVM-k, including another manufacturer’s devices. These equipment have been installed in substations, main distribution panels and production lines.

Remarkable aspects / results

• The first advantage of the system isthe reduction in the energy bill around 5-6%

• In addition the imputation of energy unit cost of each manufactured product.

• In addition the Energy Manager may survey the right execution in the manufacturing process: efficient rearrangement of power supply

• Punctual start and end of working shifts

• Detection and elimination of non useful energy used in the manufacturing process.
